The building has three floors, all arranged in the same layout. Four students share a full kitchen with granite countertops, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, and a shared living room. All rooms include a private, attached bathroom. Two students share one refrigerator, and each student has their own pantry space. Rooms are fully furnished, and each floor features a deck. In addition to the rooftop deck, there are study areas on every floor. Limited parking is available for $50 per month.
