ACCEPTING FOR OCCUPANCY LEASES NOW! The building has three floors, which are all arranged the same. Four students share a kitchen, washer, dryer, and living room. All rooms have an attached personal bathroom. Two students will share one refrigerator and each student will have his own pantry. Rooms are furnished and each floor has a deck. In addition to a roof deck, there are Study areas on each floor.

Application Fee $45. The rates below are for a 10+ month lease. Four to nine-month lease add $50 per month and for a one to three-month lease add $100 per month. There are 46 separate rooms with individual numbers 
Base rate: $ 995 / month,  $1,045  ( upgrade with refrigerator, microwave )
