Lease Terms
The rates below are for a 10+ month lease. A four to nine-month lease add $50 per month and for a one to three-month lease add $100 per month. There are 46 separate rooms with individual numbers 
Base rate: $ 995 / month,  $1,045  (upgrade with refrigerator, microwave)
